But I'm up at an ungodly hour on a Sunday to make sure the show gets posted nice and early. It's already 2pm in Europe and I've not even had my tea yet! This week I'm getting the show posted nice and early because its going to be the last 20c sunny Sunday, and I've gotta get outside and soak up some of that vitamin D. But this week we dive a bit into the growly aggro stuff that I do love playing, but I find I really only like the "exceptional" tracks. But with the number of talented people working on stuff like that, there's a fair bit of great stuff. This scene is a "big tent" and we have room for all! Last week was a lot of fun. Its a lot more work, especially picking tracks, but the end result is a little gift for you all to enjoy! Now, this week is a lot more digestible but we've got a lot of great music including the first appearance on RSA for a number of acts. I hope we hear more great stuff from them all in the future! I'm also kinda sad to report that we're going to be looking for a new Merch vendor. Apparently the one that I had previously used has erected a 12 foot tall "Vote For Tr*mp" lighted sign. I'm glad the realization that we haven't done a "Best of the best" since 2017. That gave me a good 7 years of best of shows to pick out my favourites, and a maybe give an overall view of the great music thats been released and continues to. Of course, I forgot how much work compiling something like this is, and the longer show means more work. But it was definitely worth it, and I hope this one gets a fair bit of play.
