RSA January 1st 2024 - Best of 2023 show!

This is it! The restrospective for 2023, the best of! This year was much more low key for music than recently, not as many all time club bangers, but a lot of great stuff was released. We've got a couple of covers this year, but if I were to sum up the "theme" for this years show it would be lyrics. From the singing styles of Electra Black, the story told by Probe 7, or stuff falling apart and Eva X singing "And yes I'll take these things in stride." A very Merry Christmas to everyone, especially those who are working today. Once upon a time I worked every Christmas so my co-workers could spend time with their families. Now I'm getting the show done 6 days in advance because I have so much stuff going on over the holidays! But that means that I have to get something special, a gift to you. Crazy weekend so far. Woken at 6am on Saturday by the super saying there was a flood and I needed to "sandbag" my door with towels. No water or power all day. Thank god for my habits of keeping everything charged after use. So with that said, I finished the show this morning and was like "Thats enough for now. I'm exhausted." But I gave the show another "proof listen" and caught my (first?) second wind. So if I'm a tad incoherent for once I have I good reason other than general reocurring brain farts. Its been a busy week here at RSA central. Firstly I had a test print done and I can say that we'll have another RSA T-Shirt shortly, and we should be taking orders in January. It'll be announced at the same time as we do the annual best of show on January 1! I went through the suggestions I got, added my own opinions and managed to get the best of show done last night. I'll probably get some finalization done on it over the next week, but the holiday season will be full of great music for everyone!
