If last weeks show was minimalist, this weeks is anything but. We run the gamut from Terror EBM to Techno Industrial to ... Ominous EBM? Not quite terror EBM, but not exactly Front 242 either. Lord help me, I swear I knew all of the pigeon holes we put music into and drew a blank on 1 or 2. Well thats perfectly acceptable when I've been editing music, but when I'm doing my "QA listen" I really should be able to figure this stuff out. When in doubt, just slap 2 existing genres together. Much like how "Todd Casting" came about. A drizzly "English" Sunday gives me lots of time to work on RSA and get some small projects complete around the house. I always "Proof Read" the shows before the final mix, and I was able to listen for "Oh dear I messed that one up" moments while doing mundane tasks like taking the recycling out.
