The heat has broken for a few days, so I can work on RSA in a nice sunny room with the windows open again. I mean loud music is meant to be shared with all of your neighbours, right? Spent the afternoon yesterday going over my remaining vacation days at work and figuring out if I can squeeze a gig or two out for 2023. The last time I was asked I was in a very bad mental state, and the prices to fly to the US haven't exactly gone down recently. So I have some decisions to make. Another fine summer week spent listening to new music while working and trying to stay cool. I can hardly wait until my renoviction is over and I can move back to my "new" building next year. I hate wearing headphones while listening to music, I like the ambience of feeling the music in the room as well. But with a portable air conditioner next to me its either headphones or bake. Soon enough I'll be complaining about the cold as is the tradition in Canada. A short work week behind us, and I managed to get sick again on Thursday! But I'm luckily still a Covid virgin, so it only kept me down for a few days. Now I just ration a bit of vertical time over the weekend so I can recover and get important stuff like RSA completed. I've really gotta start watching what I eat, there's something I think I'm sensitive too. Ah, the joys of getting older! But as I said, I always make RSA a priority so that even if I do get knocked down I have enough already done that I don't disappoint!
